Paisely fabric is gauzey cotton with a little new wool, soft as silk and slightly sheer.
Tunic/vest, long enough to wear over leggings or, as shown here, over a tank dress. This is piece is shapely but not tight fitting, loose deep armholes, u-neck and layered hemline meant to move and float with the wearer.
